‘Silver Centre’ company was founded by virtue of CJSC ‘Ukrainian Gas Company’, one of the leading gas and electrical energy suppliers, reorganization into more than 1500 enterprises located in 16 different regions of Ukraine.

The year 2004 marked a turning point in Silver Centre’s development. Company laid the foundation for new and promising business line directly connected with land management activity, sale and allocation of land plots designated for commercial and industrial building, residential housing, construction of logistic, industrial and residential real estate.
