Industrial and Logistic Complex on E95 International Highway (Kyiv-Odesa). ‘Build-to-Suit’ Format

 

The Silver Centre Company planned by 2012 to build an industrial and logistic complex on the one of the own industrial land plots, situated at 21-28 km distance from Kyiv CCP on the E-95 façade.  
Since the 1st of February, 2011 the key tenants’ pool has been formed. The Company conducts the business negotiations with potential developers, who express their interest to be contractor, со-investor(s) or partner(s) for such a project on industrial and logistic facilities construction.


Its main characteristics are following:


‘Build-to-Suit’ format that means construction based on the tenants’ requirements. As a rule, it may be ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘B+’ format.
SC offers any of the own four plots, such as: Kalinovka 12.5 ha (21-st km from Kyiv CCP), Dibrova 21 ha, (22-nd km), Soltanovka, 40 ha (28-th km).
Façade entrance / exit to the E95 International Highway ‘Kyiv-Odesa’ and ‘E95-Motovilovka’ secondary highway (Soltanovka land plot), railway juncture (Dibrova 16 ha).
We offer to sign the long-term lease and/or sale-purchase agreements on the premises of 100 – 200,000 sq.m.
The total period including all relevant stages up to turn-key is 12-24 months.
