• acts on the ownership right to the land plot with the specification of its target use “for industrial use”
• permission #4-2800 dated 23.07.2007 issued by OJSC ‘Kyivoblgas’ on natural gas supply (Р < 3 kgs/sq.sm with a medium pressure) of storage facilities, located on the territory of the land plot, with 2,000 cubic meters per hour volume (if necessary, increase or decrease in volume is possible)
• permission # 05-1/1437 dated 13.07.2007 issued by ‘A.E.S. Kyivoblenergo’ on energy supply of the storage facilities – 4MW capacity (if necessary, increase or decrease in capacity is possible)
• ‘Kyivgiprotrans’ conclusion # 06-783 dated July 06, 2007 on storage facilities supply with access railway lines and laying them on the land plot
• technical report on site survey, worked out by the Main enterprise of Ukraine on engineer and ecological exploring for construction
  According to the exploration results, engineering and geological conditions of the land plot enable the construction of industrial and storage facilities
• topographical survey: a 1:500 scale
• adjustment with Central regional customs for the construction of customs-license warehouse and customs supervision sector (letter # 1-40/11-7144 dated September 25, 2007)
• adjustment for the connection to central sewage disposal plants
• preliminary permission issued by Kyiv regional State Office for Motor Roads on access road to/from the logistic complex territory from/to highway M-05 Kyiv-Odesa
