• technical specifications issued by ‘A.E.S. Kyivoblenergo’ # К 00-08-0218 от 05.05.2008 on energy supply of the storage facilities – 4MW capacity (if necessary, increase or decrease in capacity is possible)
• ‘Kyivgiprotrans’ conclusion # 06-783 dated July 06, 2007 on storage facilities supply with access railway lines and laying them on the land plot
• technical report on site survey, worked out by the Main enterprise of Ukraine on engineer and ecological exploring for construction
