• preliminary approval of CJSC ‘Kyivoblenergo’ for electricity supply of the storage facilities – 4MW capacity (if necessary, increase or decrease in capacity is possible)
• technical report on site survey, worked out by the Main enterprise of Ukraine on engineer and ecological exploring for construction
  According to the exploration results, engineering and geological conditions of the land plot enable the construction of industrial and storage facilities
