This is to inform you that administrative action No. 2а-828/10/2670 is prosecuted according to the Decree of a Kiev Regional Administrative Court dated 02.02.2010 involving an administrative claim by an executive body of Kiev city council against the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for cancellation of the Decree No. 1420 ‘Some issues concerning implementation of Article 186¹ of the Land Code of Ukraine’ issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 23 December 2009.

Court proceeding will be held at Kiev Regional Administrative Court on 04 March 2010 at 10:15 AM (Kiev, 4/6 Desyatinnaya St., court room No.3).
