Silver Centre holds out the hand of comradeship to foreign and Ukrainian companies in order to develop and implement joint profitable real estate projects, in particular, land, commercial real estate and industrial areas development, as well as construction of commercial real estate objects

Different kinds of joint projects are acceptable for us:
• partnership on parity basis with a possible withdraw from a project
• partnership and further joint object exploitation

We are open to new ideas and offers to implement joint projects.

‘Silver Centre’ is a Ukrainian development group operating on commercial real estate market since 1998. It has regional representative offices in Lvov, Kharkov.

Main areas of Silver Centre’s activity are commercial real property construction and management, sale of own land plots, land management works, geodesic and topographic survey, working out and approval of project design documentation for commercial real estate objects construction, obtaining construction approvals for customer, project management at all stages.

Silver Centre implements and manages projects on siting of logistic parks, industrial and commercial objects with a total area above 1,5 million square meters
