Geodetic survey

1. Land plot boundaries ranging in kind (in the field)

  • Land plot boundaries ranging in kind (in the field) is performed in accordance with cartographic, topographic and geodesic material based on land management technical documentation, which specifies location of land plot boundaries' turning points in kind (in the field)
  • Documentation on land survey re residential and public housing boundaries is developed as a part of respective general plan of a settlement, areas allocation project, and is a ground for land plot boundaries ranging in kind (in the field)
  • Land plot boundaries are marked in kind (in the field) with standard boundary mounts. In case that land plot boundaries in kind (in the field) are located on any natural and artificial line structures and frontiers (rivers, streams, waterways, forest belts, roads, traffic installations, fences, building front and other line structures and frontiers), then boundary mounts may not be set

Landowners and land users, including lessees, are obliged not to assault the land plot frontiers, marked in kind (in the field) with standard boundary mounts

Boundary mounts are transferred to landowners' and land users', including lessees', possession by means of an act execution

2. Topographic survey at a scale of 1:500 - 1:5000 and its update

Topographic survey includes:

  • Reconnaissance survey in the field (investigation of a working area, search of existing points of national control geodetic network of Ukraine)
  • Survey network projection (survey network points selection and their attachment in the field)
  • Survey network attachment to national control geodetic network of Ukraine
  • Line-arc measure of area elements from survey network points
  • Processing of field observations results
  • Creation of topographic plan of a pre-set scale

3. Cadastral survey

Cadastral survey is performed to range and renew land plot boundaries.

Cadastral survey includes:

  • Geodesic ranging of land plot boundaries
  • Adjustment of land plot boundaries with neighbouring landowners and land users
  • Land plot boundaries renewal in the field
  • Ranging of boundaries of land parcels, which have any encumbrances and easements
  • Cadastral plan working out
